  • Prioritize safety and well-being for both students and teachers - Kristin will ensure campuses are secure and well-maintained, support strong discipline policies, and provide access to mental health resources so every student and educator feels safe, respected, and ready to succeed

  • Ensure every student has an equal opportunity to succeed - Kristin will advocate for fair access to quality curriculum, technology, and support services so that every child has the tools and opportunities needed to reach their full potential

  • Empower great teachers with autonomy in their classrooms - Trusting and supporting educators is an important process in the education system. Kristin will do her part to reduce unnecessary bureaucracy, encourage innovation, and give teachers the flexibility to tailor instruction to meet the unique needs of their students

  • Welcome parents back into classrooms as partners in education - Foster open communication and create opportunities for parents to be actively involved, recognizing that strong family engagement is key to student success
